Private Equity — Ownership & Control
Bogo Group acquires majority and full ownership positions in businesses we believe in, then runs them as permanent subsidiaries — not line items in a fund waiting to be flipped.
How We Operate
We buy control — typically 80–100% — of established, cash-generative businesses across industrials, consumer, and technology.
Portfolio companies operate as subsidiaries, not passive holdings. Bogo Group partners sit on every board, set capital allocation policy, and install operating leadership where needed.
We are not underwriting a three-year exit. Our average hold period exceeds eleven years, structured around durable cash flow and long-term reinvestment rather than multiple arbitrage.
